Allysun Fleming is Managing Director and Global Head of Products, Liquidity, Trade & Channels at Scotiabank, where she is responsible for setting the strategy and leading global teams across Treasury Management, Deposits, Digital, and Payments. She is focused on delivering consistent, client-centric solutions globally while driving growth, innovation, and platform modernization across all client segments.
Allysun brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling payments, deposits, and digital platforms across global financial institutions. Prior to joining Scotiabank in May 2026, she was at Comerica Bank, where she held end-to-end responsibility for the full payments and deposits value chain—spanning sales, product, digital channels, and middle and back-office functions—across Commercial and Consumer businesses. In this capacity, she led the strategy and execution of integrated deposits, payments, and receivables solutions, while also overseeing a federal government prepaid program serving approximately 4 million cardholders and generating $3.6 billion in deposits.
During her time at Comerica, Allysun drove significant innovation in real-time payments, digital banking, and product development, including the launch of RTP On-Behalf-Of (OBO) capabilities, Comerica Maximize (a digital business banking solution), and digital CD account opening. Her leadership in product innovation was recognized through multiple industry awards, and in 2024 she was named one of American Banker’s Most Influential Women in Payments. She has also been recognized through the Women in Payments awards, with multiple members of her team nominated alongside her.
Earlier, Allysun spent 12 years at Wells Fargo, where she held a range of senior leadership roles across Treasury Management and Commercial Banking. As Head of Customer Transformation for Commercial Banking, she led large-scale initiatives to improve client experience, simplify products, and drive digital transformation. She also led Treasury Management Client Delivery, overseeing implementation, commercial account opening, and client enrollment and automation tools, and gained extensive experience in global product management and platform modernization. She began her career at Wells Fargo in consumer and small business banking, building deep expertise in deposit products and financial management.
Allysun’s career began at HSBC, where she held a variety of international roles across relationship management, strategy, digital product management, and human resources, with experience spanning the United States, United Kingdom, and Hong Kong.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the State University of New York at Buffalo and serves on The Clearing House PayCo Board of Directors.
