Under all insurance coverages or services, certain limitations, restrictions and exclusions apply.  Please see the Certificates of Insurance or Descriptions of Coverage for full coverage details.  For Canadian commercial card programs, coverages are underwritten by The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company and First North American Insurance Company and for U.S. commercial card programs, Visa Card Benefit Services (cbsi) manages card benefit programs on behalf of Visa.  The Bank of Nova Scotia is not an insurer.  All insurance claims must be forwarded to the insurance providers or benefit administrators, as applicable.

Cash back rewards available for Canadian dollar card program only. Cash Back is paid to each Card in the Program that has reached the annual spend of $7,500. Your business will receive cash back annually at a rate of up to 1% per card based on spending levels. The maximum cash back is $25,000 per year, at the program level (calculated based on the Cash Back that is awarded to all Cards issued for your Program). See the Cash Back Rewards terms and conditions in the Scotiabank Business Visa Business Card Agreement for full details.
